Common problems and solutions in the use of REAL-PTT trunking intercom

1.How to view the positioning track in the dispatching station?

A. Make sure the account that log on the dispatching station have checked function: Check Location,Positioning,Show Group Member,the account on the machine have checked Positioning. Make sure that the GPS information upload interval is greater than 30s inside Enterprise management platform ;
B. Log on the dispatching station select the account then click right mouse button to select the “View path”, the dispatch station will automatically switch to the map mode;
C. In the right side of the map mode select the time to view the track then click “Obtain”, through the mouse to drag the map, you can see the track point.

2.Can’t view the position of machine on the dispatching station .

A.Make sure the intercom has a positioning function;
B.The intercom have been used in outdoor for a period of time;
C.Make sure the account that log on the dispatching station have checked function: Check Location,Positioning,Show Group Member;
D.The account on the intercom have checked Positioning;
E.Make sure that the GPS information upload interval is greater than 30s inside Enterprise management platform .

3.The positioning is inaccurate sometimes.

The principle that the dispatching station shows positioning:the intercom itself to obtain positioning data,the positioning data uploaded to the server,and then the dispatching displayed the positioning data obtain from server on the map.
The dispatching station only presents the positioning data obtained by the intercom,and the accuracy of positioning data is depend on the positioning capability of the intercom.


4.Voice prompt like “Unable to establish a network connection”or”Login time is over ”.

A.The current network situation is not stable,the intercom will log on automatically in a good network condition.
B.Two same type intercom used in a same place,one can use normally,the other voice prompt abnormal,you can exchange their phone card,then if the abnormal intercom can use normally ,the problem is that the phone card is non-serviceable.
C.Make sure that the account in the intercom is normal use. You can log on dispatching station with this account ,if it’s Ok ,the account is normal.Otherwise the account is abnormal,you should check up whether the account is pause in the Enterprise management platform.
D. Check up the intercom IP set up to meet the requirements of the platform.

5.Port isn’t display when the intercom connected computer.

A.Change a computer port to connect;
B.Change a data cable to connect;
C.Restart the computer to reconnect;
D.Change a intercom to connect,if it’s still not work,change a computer.

6.Intercom power consumption is relatively fast.

A.Make sure the account in the intercom only check the function required.
B.Comparison with the same type intercom,whether the intercom itself battery is not durable.
